Open Table is currently being difficult and you NEED to specify 1 Person before selecting the time to make your reservation.

Make sure to select 1 Person

Select 1 on the Section you wish to Reserve. This is for a whole table.

Now select the time.

Once One Person is Clicked, Select the Open Time Slot

Good to go.
